Nice day, moderately okay forest. I seemed to still be in 'sprint mode' when I started and didn't snap out of it until I got to 7. Stopped, told myself to actually plan something, and the rest of the course was like I was a different runner.

Pulled a 90° type error out of 1 even while very carefully checking my compass. I don't know what I was orienting to. Basically all other time losses were due to insecurities because I didn't plan, and all basically before control 8.
