PTOC Stoll Park and JCCC + potluck (26/05/2018)

Sprint course on a hot day. It was the first really warm (93F) day of the year. The sun was hot. There was enough humidity to be uncomfortable (heat index 101). I started at a pace I thought I could maintain, but o the way to 10 I suddenly felt overheated. That might be because the route was on pavement that had been sitting in the sun all day getting hot. Fun despite the heat.
